Sharing some Joy

I am sharing two kinds of joy, first I will share my iced version.  I love Tazo Joy tea, hot or iced.  The thing is, it only make an appearance between Thanksgiving n' Christmas. The blend is black, green and Oolong teas.  I decided to make my own.

I thought I would share my iced version with you.  Take three tea bags of each flavor : black, green and Oolong tea.  I use an English blend for the black tea, I use what I can find for Oolong tea, and for the green I used decaf.  Take the nine tea bags and put them in a large bowl.  Now add fours cup hot water, it is almost at the boiling stage. Pour hot water over the tea and let it steep 3-7 minutes. Next add one cup cool water and six cups of ice.  Pour tea into a pitcher and place in fridge to chill.  When you serve the tea add more ice and sweeten as you like.  I do not sweeten my tea.  My husband likes it as is, my children like it with sugar, and I use Splenda or Stevia.  Everyone in the house is a fan.  If you try a cup of Iced Joy, let me know what you think!

I was surprised, to be included in this FREE digital magazine by Stampington~

You can view it several ways, click HERE to decide.   It is FREE !!!  You can zoom in, zoom out, and pick the pages you would like to print and later make.   There are 290 pages of inspiration! I was thrilled to be part of this publication!  I am on pages 6, 118-120!  enJOY~

Ella, you sly girl, congrats on getting in the magazine! Very cool. And now as much as you want chocolate from MY poem, I want Sun Tea (iced) from yours! Thanks for the info, I'll try it for Lex. Peace, Amy

I adore tea, and I drink black tea each morning, usually with honey and lemon, the European way :) English people probably find it a blasphemy putting lemon in it :)
Sometimes I put a few dried cherry stems into my black tea and it adds lovely flavour. I dry the stems from my own cherry tree :)
