I went to let the dog out this morning and what did I see, something furry looking at me....no, it isn't the poppy,
or the daisies' stems......























Take another look......

Wow, the red part of your first flower looks like fabric. Its silk-like quality has me thinking that it might be fun to try and use fabric to make some flowers of my own. The shocking red color has a way of waking up the senses.

I have a fairly decent green thumb, but no luck
trying to start poppies from seed. I saw this
and just was intrigued, how gorgeous and unique they were. I finally saw the Somerset Life
spring issue, it reminded me of the poppies.
I see there is a poppy challenge, I may try this one. I can't wait to see it bloom, there will be more photos!
