Have you heard about a Chinese myth, called the Red Thread. In theory we all have a red thread tied around our ankles and we are all destined, to touch each others lives. The thread can be stretched or tangled, but it doesn't not break. This concept has been predetermined by a math probability. This sequence was discovered in the 12th century, by a mathematician named Fibonacci. All the patterns found in nature have this sequence- a shell, a pineapple, or a sunflower, etc. These are just a few and the formula has been tested, and doesn't lie. These patterns are hidden in plain site. These are most defined in our galaxies, plants and shells. Yes, it is like a cosmic wheel and we are all connected by a golden ratio.

A
collection of seventy moving and uplifting original pieces - real life,
flash fiction, and poetry - about battling against the odds and the
ultimate triumph of the human spirit. The contributors include Amazon
bestselling authors Alex J. Cavanaugh and Kyra Lennon, and the cream of
upcoming talent.
The anthology is part of a fundraising effort to send the editor's stepson, Andrew McNaughton, to a specialist college in England. Andrew has cerebral palsy, and is a remarkable young man with a promising future. However, the free further education options offered in his own country of Scotland will not challenge him and allow him to progress. In order to access the education he deserves, Andrew will have to pay exorbitant fees, thus creating a situation of discrimination.
Help us get Andrew to college by buying a book that runs the full gamut of human emotions, ultimately leaving you inspired and glad to be alive. Whatever struggles you are going through, our sincere hope is that this book will help.

Alex-Yes, It was a wonderful project! :D
Your idea for the cover was fantastic and I'm so glad you like the end results. I've never heard of the Red Thread theory before but it's such an interesting concept. I could be barking up the wrong tree here, but I think Stephen King touched on this theory in his book, Insomnia. Everyone has a colourful string-like aura that interweaves with others they meet. Mind you, it's been a while since I read it :)
I wish Nick and Andrew all the best with this book :)
I found it fascinating~ I mean think how many people we touch every day, via the internet?!
Recently,a woman read my Tarot cards and she said, "You will touch a million people." She didn't say how, but I knew it had to online related :D
Oh, thank you so much for sharing!
I will have to go find this book :D
I have the same wish!!
Hi Melissa-Yes, it is! I love the way everyone came together, to create this special book :D

I cannot thank you enough for stopping by my page yesterday and then taking the time to expand upon the comment someone left about the cover. I wanted you to know how beautiful I think you are inside and out, just like the cover. Thank you for being a part of this wonderful project.
Be well,
Elsie
Best wishes to Andrew and Nick!
Michelle-It is :D Yes, best wishes
for all~
Elsie-YOU are sweet~ lol Thank you and I am glad you are part of it, too! I think of it as a gift~
You, too :D
John-I agree-it is like this random closeness. You know I look at people, when I am in a crowd and wonder... We really do not see the true gifts, until we share, extend ourselves. Blogging allows us to travel the world :D
Yes, I like that you brought this up~
