I walked down the aisle
in ivory n' gold voile skirting
ethereal white foam
twirling, tumbling towards your
love-a talisman of time
Tangled gold green thoughts
connect our union of calm
and turbulent buoys
layered life beckons us
to honor our serenity
Cherished waves
carry me in shifting sands of time
your love caresses me
our friends chase my cathedral
train
sparkling toast to eternity

Open Link Monday in the Garden. I did make it to the Outer Banks. It was all I hoped it would be. It was kinda funny-I took this conch shell, I found in the Bahamas-a long time ago. I was taking photos and this woman kept showing up in my frame. She wanted to know where I found this shell. I laughed and told her the truth-the Bahamas. My husband thought I should of told her way down the other side of the beach. It is a struggle to take photos at the shore, no matter the season or time of day. And just so you know-I found the seaweed, just like this. I did not touch it-isn't it gorgeous!
