Morning Glorious

Morning glories are usually blue, pink, or purple, with white streaks.  The white ones have dark purple streaks. I was intrigued when I found this beauty peeking out  behind the vines.  I had to grab my camera and record this visually stunning, glorious bloom. The color palette is so rare. I think the camaraderie of blogging  is unique like this flower.  Beautiful souls sharing their intimate stories of life, their passions, their dreams and fears.  We all are peering and peeking at a piece of the each others' soul, as we follow or find blogs. It is a true gift, to share such deep, private thoughts and be exposed. In doing so, we are able to stand taller, walk differently. Our vines are deeply connected to who we are; We still have the power n' potential to bloom into our own selves and share our vision and beauty with the world~  I think if you are on the fence about blogging, you need to jump off and give it a try!  It might just change your life; It has mine~
It has given me courage to put myself out there, to find creative souls who share their views n' passions, it has given me a community to be part of, new friends, allowed me to experiment with my creative edge, to be me.
How has your blog affected your life?!

Morning glories are one of my favorite annuals and I have to have them some where in my yard each summer. I usually like the old fashioned blue and white, but this one is beautiful! Where in the world did you get the seeds?

I love your correlation between your words and these flowers. You weave it all together so wonderfully!

My blog has affected me in such profound ways. It gave my shy, scared, timid self a voice. I share so much of myself that years ago I would have been terrified to share. It allowed me to open up, be vulnerable and put myself out there. In doing this it gave me the opportunity to connect with others. Feel the support of a community. And meet wonderful, amazing, loving individuals like yourself.

blogging is an incredible web. weaved together by each of our stories. so uniquely different. yet with each story told we know and feel deeply that we are not alone. that is a gift.

That is so beautiful, Ellie. I love morning glories, but this one is spectacular. Just look at the colours- like colours blending together in a paintbox!

And your words are as beautiful as the flower. It was a happy day when I found you, and all the other gorgeous souls I am now proud to call my friends.

I know, late! Gorgeous photos. The other thing about morning glories are they bloom, rest and then bloom again; just like bloggers. :)

I have always had a thing for Morning glories.. my husband hates them.. he says their vines, kill and climb and destroy.. well I think they are amazing.. and I love the corkscrew looking vine they can create.. and I love their bright colors and their light from within... in the center..

What a gorgeous color pallet! We have the blue ones but if they have anything with the blue, it is just a little white (though I do love those blue ones) And very nice simile with the blogging community--we are an unusual mix that create something better than what one usually comes across, ne?

I found your blog from LTM!

Those photos are absolutely beautiful.
My favorite flower. You captured it well.

"Beautiful souls sharing their intimate stories of life, their passions, their dreams and fears. We all are peering and peeking at a piece of the each others' soul, as we follow or find blogs. It is a true gift,...". I agree with you totally. I have been thinking these very same thoughts the last several days. Well said Ella.
